8. Live Sessions and Recordings

Live group coaching sessions may be recorded for replay access by enrolled participants. If you participate with your camera, microphone, screen, chat messages or other identifying contribution enabled, that contribution may appear in the recording. You may limit this by keeping your camera or microphone off and avoiding disclosure of information you do not want recorded.

9. Email and Marketing Choices

Transactional messages related to purchases, access, security or program delivery may be necessary to provide the Services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link in those messages. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary transactional communications.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with law.
